Respond to the following quote, what dose it mean to you/to the story? "Becoming pretty doesn't just change the way you look... it changes the way you think." How would you want to change mentally and physically if you were pretty?

I would want to change physically but not so much mentally. I would like to have the big pretty eyes like they do, and the full lips. I would like to get smarter but not dumber, like they do in the book. If they changed the way I act, then I wouldn't be myself, I'd be someone who I am not.
